I have a Linus server through HostGator if it matters.

It looks like its a binary install for linux http://kaillera.com/download.php, you should be able to upload to a directory, edit the config file and run the binary.Hostgator or the cpanel documentation should be able to help further as you might also want to set up a cron job to verify the binary is running correctly once oyu have things set up.
